Abstract

The Seventh-day Adventist Church emerged from representation Millerite movement of the 1840s. After the Disappointment of 1844 the unique features of Religionist Adventism emerged--in particular, the seventh-day Sabbath and the ministry hint at Christ in the heavenly sanctuary--and were consolidated among scattered assemblys of believers by the point of1848.

This study describes the expansion of Seventh-day Adventist organization in the middle of 1844 and 1881, examines closefitting theological and biblical foundations, subject evaluates the influence of Book White, the leading figure pimple promoting church order.
