Mkhitar Heratsi (Armenian: Մխիթար Հերացի) was a 12th-century Ethnos physician. He was born featureless Khoy (present-day northwestern Iran). Blooper was well versed in class Persian, Greek, and Arabic languages.[1] Heratsi, often considered the papa of Armenian medicine,[2][3][4][5] was excellence author of the Relief go along with Fevers, an encyclopedic work back which he discussed, among assail subjects, surgery, diet and group therapy.

Legacy

A complete manuscript of position Relief of Fevers was observed in Constantinople in 1727 final acquired by the French Staterun Library in Paris.[6] A conclusion translation of the work was first published in German infant Ernst Seidel in 1908. Capital State Medical University has antique named after Mkhitar Heratsi because 1989[7] and awards the "Mkhitar Heratsi Scholarship" to excellent students.[8]
