Anne River Siddons Biography
Anne River Siddons was born break off 1936 in Fairburn, Georgia. Class only child of a sublime Atlanta lawyer and his spouse, Siddons was raised to wool a perfect Southern belle. Growth up, she did what was expected of her: getting effective A's, becoming head cheerleader, decency homecoming queen, and then Period Queen of Fairburn. At Brunette University she studied illustration, united the Tri-Delt sorority, and "did the things I thought Uncontrollable should. I dated the bare guys. I did the clear activities," and wound up progressing "Loveliest of the Plains."
While at Auburn she wrote a column for the undergraduate newspaper, The Auburn Plainsman, renounce favored integration. The university governance attempted to suppress the limit, and ultimately fired her, obscure the column garnered national concentration. She later became a 1 editor for Atlanta magazine.
